Q: How do I purchase advance tickets to your music shows and special events?

Advance tickets can be conveniently purchased through our secure website or Facebook page. Check the calendar tab on our website and click the “Buy Tickets Now” tab for the show you wish to attend. If that tab is not visible, refresh your web browser. On our Facebook page, go to the event tab, select the show, and click on “Get Tickets”. You can also purchase advance tickets in person at Natalie’s, or by calling us at 614-436-COAL (2625) during business hours.

Q: I ordered tickets online- now what?                                                                       

You will receive an email verification, and you can print out your receipt.  We will have a list of all the people who preordered tickets at the door for every show. Simply give your name at the door upon arrival.

Q: How much are tickets?                                                                              

Our ticket prices vary depending on the show and the artist, but the majority of our shows range from $5-$10. Select national acts and special events can be higher. We have occasional free shows and events as well.

Q: What time do shows start?                                                                                        

Start times are normally between 8 and 10 pm, and are listed on the Calendar page of our website or the event tab on our Facebook page. Please double-check all start times for events.

Q: How does the seating work for your shows?

We offer reserved table seating with great views of the stage for those attending our shows. When those seats are sold out, we still have seating available at the bar and at window seats in the back of the room. Select shows may offer a standing room/dance area in the back.

Q: How can I find out about Natalie’s upcoming shows and events?              

Sign up for our email list on our website and you will receive a weekly email newsletter with updates of upcoming shows and events. You can also become a fan on Facebook or Twitter.

Q: What if I just want to come for dinner and not the music?                                       

You are more than welcome to just come for dinner any night of the week, but we do start charging a cover for the music once the show begins. Subject to availability, we also have outside patio dining before and during the shows with no cover charge.

Q: What if I can’t make it to a show I already purchased tickets for?                                   

All ticket sales are final, but they are transferrable to others. We would appreciate a call during business hours to notify us of any name change on the reservation.

Q: Do you have to be 21 to come to shows at Natalie’s?                                                   

Patrons under 21 are welcome to the shows, but may not be seated at the bar.

Q: Can I take pictures during a performance?                                                                    

Pictures can be taken during most performances, but please be courteous of others.

Q: Can I eat during a performance? Do you stop serving at any point during an evening? 

You’re more than welcome to eat or drink during a performance. We stop serving food at 11:00 PM during the week, and 11:45 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Q: I’d like to perform at Natalie’s. What should I do?                                                                   

Please send an email to booking@bonafideproduction.com, and provide links to your website and Facebook pages, along with links to YouTube videos or other related promotional materials. Do not send unsolicited promo kits/CDs or leave phone messages.

Preference is given to acts that actively promote themselves through websites and social media.

Every effort is made to respond to requests in a timely manner, but do to the large volume of requests, responses can sometimes take a week or longer.

Q: What if I have a performance recommendation?

We welcome any and all suggestions for artists to play at Natalie’s. Please direct any such suggestions to us by visiting our contact page and sending us an email.

 

FAQs - General

Q: Can I make advance dinner reservations?                                                                                              

We take reservations for parties of 8 or more for dinner, and reservations can be made by calling us at 614-436-COAL (2625) during business hours.

Q: What about parking at Natalie’s?

We have our own parking lot in front of the restaurant. A small number of those spaces are reserved for Veterinarian Clinic customers during their business hours, but are available to our customers when they are closed. Additional parking is available during the evening and on weekends in the parking lot just south, adjacent to our lot. Please do not park there during their business hours.

Q: How can I find out what is on your menu? Do you have other items besides pizza?                                                                                       

Our food and drink menu is accessible on the menu tab of our website. We present a number of delicious menu items in addition to our award winning pizza.

Q: Do you offer delivery and carryout at Natalie’s?

Currently, we do not offer delivery. We do accept carryout orders, and have a carry-out menu that you can pick up.

Q: Do you have a bar and serve alcohol?

Yes, we have a full service bar with a great selection of craft beers (bottled and on tap), fine wines, and classic cocktails.

Q: Is Natalie’s a full service restaurant?

Yes, we are very proud of our fine wait staff, so just come in, be seated by our host, and we will provide full service at your table, at the bar, or at our outdoor patio.

Q: Can the kitchen accommodate any special dietary needs?

We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs, and offer a number of vegetarian items for sale.

Q: Do you offer gluten free pizza?

Currently, we do not offer gluten free dough for our pizza. However, we do have a number of gluten free items on our menu.

Q: Can I purchase a growler of draft beer to take home?

Yes, we have custom Natalie’s growlers for sale, and will be more than happy to fill it with your favorite craft beer. We can also fill up your own growler as well.

Q: Do you have an outdoor patio?

Yes, we have a beautiful patio at our front entrance with tables, chairs, and a very nice view of High Street.

Q: Is the building handicap accessible?                                                                         

Yes, and we have a wheelchair accessible ramp at our front entrance. If you have other special needs or arrangements, please do not hesitate to call, and we will accommodate you accordingly.
